In 1994 I sat down to write a computer manual and somehow things went wonderfully
wrong, as I somehow instead wrote of my wanderings over the preceding 50 years.
I was supposedly writing a manual about a program I had written for producing symmetric art, and so I also included stories about my discovery of and growing interest in that subject.
