I want to be able to see my PartyCAD projects on both my machine at work and my computer at home. Can I save just save them to Microsoft's OneDrive cloud storage system?

I believe so. In 2014 is was certainly possible. Watch the PartyCAD on OneDrive video to see how it was done back then. OneDrive continues to evolve, and you might have to fiddle a bit to get it working with the current version.
