When I try to start PartyCAD I get an error and the program never starts. The error is: Runtime Error 76: Path Not Found
Answer
If PartyCAD has been working on your computer and then suddenly you start getting errors like Runtime Error 76, or the program reports that a component is missing, this means that something has been added or removed from your computer that is affecting PartyCAD's ability to run.
The solution to all problems that cause PartyCAD to not run is to reinstall the program. Sometimes this is as simple as downloading and reinstalling a fresh copy of the software. Sometimes you will have to uninstall PartyCAD, reboot your computer and then install a fresh copy of PartyCAD from the internet.
Uninstalling then reinstalling will not remove any projects you have created. Only the software itself is uninstalled/ reinstalled. For complete directions on what to do, see here.
